ELITE ASIA acts solely as a promotional partner and is not responsible or liable in the event when spin-off services or offers (from initial promotional events), activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the service establishments. Club Member(s) acknowledge that any disputes in relation to the above are to be directed solely to the service establishments providing such services, activities or benefits.

3. Any club member who has left the club and wishes to re-join will not be entitled to The ELITE ASIA Club’s Welcome Pack.

4. Every club member is viewed to have given his/her expressed consent to be contacted for servicing and marketing purposes and efforts in nexus to The ELITE ASIA Club and its promotional partners.
