The ELITE ASIA Club – Loyalty Program Memberships’ Terms and Conditions:

1. Club membership is strictly upon invitation for selected ELITE ASIA corporate clients only and there is no subscription fee at any point of membership.

2. ELITE ASIA reserves the right to change the benefits stated on the one-fold ELITE ASIA Club brochure and other marketing communications platforms without notice. The provision of services, activities or benefits stated is the responsibility of the respective service establishments. ELITE ASIA acts solely as a promotional partner and is not responsible or liable in the event when spin-off services or offers (from initial promotional events), activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the service establishments. Club Member(s) acknowledge that any disputes in relation to the above are to be directed solely to the service establishments providing such services, activities or benefits.

3. Any club member who has left the club and wishes to re-join for the Loyalty Program Memberships’ will not be entitled to The ELITE ASIA Club’s Welcome Pack again.

4. Every club member is viewed to have given his/her expressed consent to be contacted for servicing and marketing purposes and efforts in nexus to The ELITE ASIA Club and its promotional partners.
